Is the Looq Platform LiDAR?

No. The qCam uses camera-based photogrammetry combined with AI for cloud processing and reconstruction to generate survey-grade 3D point clouds without any LiDAR.

 

What accuracy does the Looq Platform deliver?

Out-of-the-box PPK processing achieves 3 cm horizontal and 6 m vertical accuracy. With local base station corrections and control point alignment accuracy improves to under 1 cm.

 

What file formats does Looq support?

LAZ point clouds, GeoTIFF, DXF, SHP, CSV, and XML. Data integrations direction with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, ESRI ArcGIS, and TopoDOT.
