Overview
We’re on the hunt for a Customer Success & Product Specialist who speaks the language of geomatics and surveying!
If you love helping people, geeking out over maps and data, and shaping the future of surveying tech, this role is for you! You’ll be the bridge between our awesome users and our product team—solving problems, gathering insights, and making sure our solutions are as precise as a total station on a perfect setup.
What You’ll Do
- Be the Go-To Expert! You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, solving challenges, and making their experience amazing.
- Problem-solving pro! Manage support tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customers get fast, effective solutions.
- Customer Champion! Actively connect with users, understand their needs, gather feedback, and help shape the future of our platform.
- Knowledge Ninja! Keep our user guides and knowledge base up to date so customers can easily find answers.
- Data & Testing Guru! Organize and analyze data for software testing, marketing, and training—your insights will help us improve!
- Product Innovator! Work with our product and engineering teams, sharing customer feedback to drive new features and improvements.
- Insights & Impact! Prepare internal reports on customer trends and support data, helping us refine our approach and enhance our service.
Technical Proficiency
- Degree in Geomatics or a related field – A solid foundation in surveying, mapping, or geospatial tech.
- Hands-on surveying experience (field or office) – You understand the workflows, challenges, and tools of the trade.
- Strong problem-solving skills – You can break down complex issues and find practical solutions.
- Clear and effective communicator – Whether working with customers or internal teams, you can explain technical concepts in a way that makes sense.
- Customer-focused mindset – You can translate real-world challenges into meaningful product improvements.
- Bonus: Experience with technical documentation and knowledge base management – Not required, but a great plus!

Compensation
Base salary ranging from 75K – 95K with eligibility for stock options as part of the total compensation package.
