Privacy Policy
LiMAR AI Inc., doing business as Looq.ai, (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides products and services that enable its business customers to collect detailed geospatial information and create 3D models at industrial scale (“Products”) for purposes of surveying, construction, engineering, assessment, and maintenance of buildings, terrains, scenes or (civil) infrastructure (the “Services”). In the context of the provision of our Services, we collect and use information that relates to identified or identifiable individuals (“Personal Information”). This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with Personal Information, as well as other information, that we collect through our Services and our Website (including our Webapp available at https://app.looq.ai).
SERVICES
Customer information
We collect Personal Information of our customers to manage our relationship with the customer and provide our Services. This includes Personal Information such as:
- Name;
- Contact details;
- Name of employer;
- Jot title and function;
- Financial information, such as payment method, billing details and invoice history;
- Log-in information;
- Location information.
Information collected through our Products
When customers use our geo-camera Products, our Products capture photographic images and location information. We also collect information about the areas in which the Products were employed. For example, if our customers use our Products to survey a bridge, we will receive and analyze image information about the bridge, its location, and the nearby environment of the bridge. We may also collect additional geospatial information that our customer provides. For example, after collecting data for a project, customers may choose to augment that data by providing additional survey data or metadata on our Webapp. The Products may also collect WiFi-information if the customer connects the Product to a WiFi network.
Our customers are responsible for how they use our Products and the photographic images generated through their use of our Products. Although our Products are not intended to collect Personal Information, the photographic images created by our customers using our Products may nevertheless include faces of passersby, vehicle license plates, or other Personal Information. Our Products automatically blur images of faces and license plates, but we cannot guarantee their effectiveness in protecting Personal Information.
Use of Personal Information
We and our service providers use Personal Information for the following purposes:
- Providing you with our newsletter and/or other marketing materials.
- To promote our Services and send you tailored marketing communications about Products, services, offers, programs, and promotions of Looq and our partners and measure the success of those campaigns. For example, we may send different marketing communications to you based on your subscription plan or what we think may interest you.
