Shreyas is the Co-Founder and CTO of Looq AI and the technical mind behind the qCam and Looq platform. From that first 2 a.m. garage prototype with Dominique to the system our customers use today, he’s been the one designing how all the pieces fit together— hardware, software, AI, and everything in between. Shreyas leads the engineering and product teams, turning ambitious ideas into reliable tools that work in the field, not just on paper. If something at Looq is fast, clever, and feels surprisingly simple for how powerful it is, Shreyas has almost certainly had a hand in it.​

Falko Kuester, Ph.D.

Falko Kuester is the Calit2 Professor for Visualization and Virtual Reality at UC San Diego, with appointments in Structural Engineering and Computer Science at the Jacobs School of Engineering. He directs the Cultural Heritage Engineering Initiative, CISA3, and the UC San Diego DroneLab, focusing on rapid infrastructure diagnostics, digital twins, and big-data visualization for engineers, first responders, and researchers. His work spans aerial, underwater, and terrestrial environments, with applications in disaster reconnaissance, cultural heritage preservation, and immersive visualization technologies.

Dominique Rissolo, Ph.D.

Associate Research Scientist Cultural Heritage Engineering Initiative (CHEI) – UC San Diego
Dominique Rissolo is a research scientist at the Qualcomm Institute at UC San Diego, where he co-leads the Cultural Heritage Engineering Initiative. He also serves as Associate Co-Director of the Scripps Center for Marine Archaeology at Scripps Institution of Oceanography. His work focuses on digital workflows for visualizing image-derived data across underwater, subterranean, and terrestrial environments.

Todd Hylton, Ph.D.

VP, Strategy – Looq AI
Todd served as Program Manager at DARPA, where he launched and led groundbreaking initiatives including the Nano Air Vehicle, SyNAPSE, and Physical Intelligence programs. Prior to DARPA he co-founded 4Wave, ran a nanotechnology research group at SAIC, and served as CTO of Commonwealth Scientific Corporation. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford and a B.S. in Physics from MIT

A polyglot who has lived and worked across many countries, Peter brings rare global perspective to everything he does.

Mike brings deep expertise in product management and business development across telecom and utility sectors in North America. His experience at ikeGPS, DigitalGlobe, and Autodesk has shaped his specialization in GIS, remote sensing, and engineering design. He also brings nearly seven years of utility pole experience and served as Chair of the Heartland Joint Use Association

Lukas Fraser, EIT

VP, Product – Looq AI
Lukas built his career in surveying and remote sensing, focusing on LiDAR data collection, processing, and analysis for both private and government projects. His passion for transforming geospatial data into actionable information led him to help build and lead drone mapping programs before joining Looq AI. At Looq, he oversees the development of AI-powered mapping products from concept through launch, uniting hardware, software, and automation to make geospatial technology more efficient, accurate, and accessible.

Christine Byrne is a corporate communications leader specializing in global media relations, executive visibility, and PR strategy across technology and infrastructure sectors. She helps organizations translate complex technical subject matter into compelling narratives for media, customers, and stakeholders.
